Terminal Value has no account, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Red Team Cyber LLC runs no server that receives anything from the game. Your airline lives on your device. This page lists everything that does leave it, so you do not have to take that on trust.
What stays on your device
Your airline, your save files, your settings and your best scores are stored on your device by the operating system. We cannot read them. The airline name you type is stored there too and goes nowhere. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
If the app ever crashes, it keeps a short log on the device: the error message, the app and operating system versions, and a few rough figures about your save at the time (the week, and the number of aircraft and routes, your cash and your share price). The game never sends this log anywhere. You can look at it in Settings and share it with us if you choose to. It is separate from the error description the update check can send, described below.
If you back up your iPhone or iPad, Apple may include the game's data in that backup, under your own Apple account. That is between you and Apple; we have no access to it.
What leaves your device, and why
- Update checks. When the app starts, it asks Expo's
update service whether a newer version of the game's code is
available. Expo is a third-party service provider. The request
carries the platform, the app and runtime versions, the update
channel, the identifiers of the code currently running, and a random
identifier created when the app was first installed. Expo describes
that identifier as identifying an installation rather than a person.
It is not derived from your hardware, name, email, Apple ID or
advertising identifier. It stays the same across launches and
updates, starts again if you delete and reinstall the app, and can
carry over if you restore a backup. As with any request over the
internet, Expo's servers also see your IP address.
If the app has crashed since the last check, the request also includes a short description of that error, its type and message cut to about a thousand characters. It is an error message from the app's code, not a copy of your save, and nothing about your airline is sent deliberately.
Expo says it keeps information only as long as reasonably necessary. It does not publish a specific period for this data, so we cannot state one. Expo's own policy is at expo.dev/privacy. - Purchases. If you buy the full-game unlock, Apple handles the transaction entirely. Apple tells the app whether it succeeded. We never see your payment details, and we keep no record of your purchase beyond a flag stored on your own device saying the game is unlocked. Apple may give us aggregated sales statistics through App Store Connect; those are not about individuals.
- Anything you choose to share. The game can open your device's share sheet to send a finished run's score or a crash log. That goes wherever you send it. We receive it only if you send it to us.
Who else receives data
Expo (for update checks) and Apple (for purchases and the App Store), as described above, and no one else. The app contains no third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, attribution, crash reporting or social features. We do not sell, rent or share data, because we do not collect any.
Children
The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13. It contains no advertising, no chat and no user-generated content that leaves the device.
Your rights
Rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data, under the GDPR, the CCPA or any comparable law, apply to data a company holds about you. Red Team Cyber holds none from this app. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. For the update-check data described above, which sits with Expo, you can contact Expo using the details in its privacy policy, or write to us and we will help.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a future version of the app collects anything of its own, this page will say so plainly before that version ships.
