These terms govern your use of this website at redteamcyber.io (the "Site"), operated by Red Team Cyber LLC ("Red Team Cyber," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our applications, TrekMetric and SeatMetric, are separate and have their own terms. Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Use of the Site

Use the Site only for lawful purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it with automated tools, circumvent any security measure, or impersonate any person or entity. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or restrict your access to it, at any time and without notice or liability.

Intellectual property

The Site and the "Red Team Cyber," "TrekMetric," and "SeatMetric" names, logos, and content are owned by Red Team Cyber or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Apps & links

The Site links to our applications and other third-party sites. Each app is governed by its own terms — TrekMetric and SeatMetric — and we are not responsible for third-party sites or content.

No professional advice

The content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. You should not rely on the Site as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Disclaimer & liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be available, accurate, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Team Cyber will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Because the Site is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability will not exceed US $0. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Team Cyber and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington, D.C., and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

General

Any claim relating to the Site or these terms must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Red Team Cyber regarding the Site.
